How to Join the Heritage Pop Up Gallery during the Urbana Black Heritage Festival.

Dig out your old photos, papers, and family artifacts for the second Annual Heritage Pop Up Gallery during the Urbana Black Heritage Festival. The display will be located in the Assembly Room level (first floor) of historic St. Paul AME Church, 316 East Market Street, Urbana.

Items may be dropped off the evening prior to the festival 5-7 PM or the morning of the event, June 17th, starting at 8 AM. We ask you to leave your mementoes for display until 5 PM that day.

In addition, helpers will be on hand to scan items if you wish to have your family photos and information added to the Urbana Black Heritage database for future generations to explore. Volunteers will be on hand during the festival monitoring the room. For more information, contact John Bry at sowles88@yahoo.com
